Take personality and IQ test, fill out application. It was a very chaotic environment and looked like a good place to lose one's license. Was relieved when they were too busy to interview. It's awkward to interview for a job you do not want to take. My litmus test for the workplace is would I feel comfortable letting a loved one receive care in the environment. If the answer is "no", then I do not want to work there.
Interview process went well and I was treated very kindly by staff. I received an offer and was able to complete the drug screen during the interview which was very helpful. Interviewer was very knowledgeable and informative regarding the facility and day to day work.

Very fast and efficient. Made me feel right at home. Would recommend for employment. Sean was nice and informed me about expectations and job descriptions. I was escorted around the facility and introduced to staff and clients.

The D.O.N. was knowledgeable about the position benefits and PTO time. The interview was 1 on 1. The interview took place in her office. It was low key and kind of easy. I had previously worked here so I knew most of the process.
