My interview went great. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. I was also giving a your of the facility. All of the staff were polite and welcoming

I would describe the interview process as very easy-going. From the walk to the front door when I asked a staff member who was sitting outside was I in the right place for my interview to the very end when I held the door for a Resident who was about to get on the transport bus. Everyone I encountered during my visit was very friendly.
