I started with a quick phone chat with the DON, just to go over my experience and certifications. Then we had a more detailed interview where she asked me how I assess and treat wounds, stage them, and work on pressure injury prevention with some scenario questions to talk through. Then we discussed how I work with the team, since communication with CNAs and nurses is a big part of it this position.
