Entrevista
It is a real pain getting a job at Prudential. Candidates for any position need to pass a mandatory personality/psychological exam (multiple choice). The exam assumes that you are the scum of the earth, so a person who doesn't use drugs and doesn't steal from their employers is likely to fail the exam if they indicate so (the exam assumes that you are being dishonest). Any applicant looking at a driver or route based job also needs to do a one day ride-along.
Managerial candidates then need to take a four hour intelligence test, which includes a basic math skill test. Seriously Prudential - does the intelligence test really need to be four hours long? The SAT takes less time. Plan to spend 2 - 4 days, and around 10 hours total to get a job at Prudential.
Prudential pays an average amount for managers ($21 for a Route Manager), but there are better paying opportunities at other companies. Pay for production workers is sub-par. Route drivers make around $15/hr, but are unionized.

Pregunta 1
There were no real difficult questions in the interview itself. They were more interested in talking about the position and qualifications, than asking many of the standard interview questions.

Applied online and was interviewed over the phone, followed up by a one on one interview. Was asked to take an assessment exam (personality test). Also took a physical exam and was asked to wait a few days for all the results to come in, once they did I was notified over the phone of my passing. After the phone notification I was asked to go in for a job acceptance interview where I signed the job offer and was instructed on my position and first day.
