      I wanted to share my feedback regarding the hiring process and interview experience I had with Prudential. I've been perplexed by the delay in receiving a response, which took over 5 weeks. Additionally, I have concerns about potential discriminatory remarks made during the interview. During the interview conducted via Teams, the interviewer wore a "doo rag," which raised questions for me. While I understand that this attire might have religious significance, it seemed unusual to me, especially in a professional setting. Furthermore, the information provided by the interviewer didn't align with what I found on Prudential's website regarding the group life plan and the position I was applying for. It's essential for both interviewers and candidates to be well-informed about the role and company goals. What troubled me the most was the indication that the hiring manager might be considering hiring their daughter or a family member for the position. This raised concerns about nepotism in the hiring process. While I respect familial connections, transparency in hiring practices is crucial for maintaining fairness and integrity. Although I may not have been selected for the position, I hope Prudential will address these issues for the benefit of future candidates and maintain a fair and transparent hiring process. I've also submitted a formal complaint to the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities in the state of Connecticut for their review. Transparency and fairness are essential not only for candidates but also for the reputation and success of the company. Thank you for considering my feedback.

      Mostly STAR questions but mangers doing interviews were just discouraging one even admitted how she got laid off from the company and then rehired back.
