Entrevista
First round talking to a HR. Second round talk to 5 actuarial team members. Doesn't ask too many technical questions. Ask me about my exam plan, my prior experience and challenge of the new products. More just casual talking, very pleasant.
The actuarial analyst interview comprises an introduction, an overview of the job description, and a skill assessment. The process aims to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role through a comprehensive understanding of their background, the responsibilities of the position, and an assessment of their relevant skills.

"Can you explain your experience with statistical modeling and its application in actuarial work?" "How do you approach the task of risk assessment and probability estimation in the context of insurance or financial planning?" "Could you provide an example of a complex dataset you've worked with and describe the methods you used to extract meaningful insights for decision-making?"
Overall, it was good! People were friendly. 4 rounds of interview introducing their people, job duties, required skills, etc. Their expectations from candidates especially regarding actuarial software tools and modeling experiences, etc.

Entrevista
First, there was a phone interview about my technical skills and then an in-person interview that got more personal like which math courses I enjoyed most in college and what I value in a team setting. Honestly, I thought I didn't get the job from the phone interview because the first person I spoke with was rather rude and sounded like he didn't want to be doing the interview. Fortunately, the second person was friendlier and although she turned out not to be once I started working with her.
