I first came in to met with the regional hiring manager and he told me all about the company and the job. I then filled out the application and came back in to take a test that determines your ability to pass the securities exams. After that, I took a sort of personality test that ranks your abilities to perform well in the job. The next step is to compile an excel spreadsheet of 200 people in the community that you know in order for them to determine your potential client base (and to work with if you accept/get the job).
The entire process was very laid back and I felt very comfortable with the recruiter. The interviews were not very structured and it was more of just a back and forth conversation between us.

Conversational. Almost seemed more like they were trying to sell me on the concept of working there. The language and metrics used to describe the job seem to exaggerate reality.

Very easy process. One round virtual and then two in person with the regional hiring manager. Very conversational and laid back. The second in person interview was mostly going over information regarding the commission structure
Thorough and quick, though consistent contact was a bit of an issue. I was a bit confused about time and the employee did not show up to the first scheduled interview, as there was a bit of a gap with regards to communication.
