2 Round - Hireview, then either two back-to-back separate interviews or one interview with two employees. Hireview is fairly simple, actual interview is a little harder, but as long as you understand portfolio management and asset management in the current market, you will be find. Definitely sounds harder than it actually is. Have a good understanding of what the CIO at Prudential actually does at a high level.
