Company is basically a glorified freelance platform, they do NOT hire for their company but only work as an “proxy”, hence “proxify”. In order to even get to screening interview, you need to send voice recording sample, answer a bunch of unnecessary questions and repeat again and again stuff from resume. First interview felt really nice, but in my case was rejected and had 0 constructive feedback on why. Only “we decided not to move forward at this time, as we won’t be able to offer you a position that could be suitable for you.”
