Applied through their career page and I was given Codility test. I spend more than 3 hours giving the test and got score above 90%. Next was a HR call which I think went well but in the end they send me a generic message saying "Unfortunately, on this occasion, your profile did not meet our requirements." without actually mentioning what requirement specifically I didn't meet. Rejection is part of the game so I am ok with that but after wasting hours of developer's time they should at least have a common courtesy to give a helpful feedback to their applicants.

Codility test questions was related to the stack I work with and for HR interview, it was the usual experience related questions along with let's know you better kind of questions.
Got an initial technical test which it seemed fairly easy using an online tool. Moved to second stage for a f2f intro interview which also was light and pleasant. They then decided my profile didn't matched their requirements.
It was very interesting, though I did not pass the intro call stage, the interviewer was very nice, which made me enjoy the interview as this was actually my first real interview, because I have been running freelancing all these years
I had a screening call from hiring team. Technical codility coding session followed. Then had 1:1 with external vendor. Everything went well. The team is very friendly and responds very fast
