1on1 call with HR, talked about Proxify ways of working and presented ourselves. After successful inteview, email to Codility test assignment was provided which I am about to take after preparing some test cases there first

general questions about the background, career path, experiences and everything which will lead to a a successfull test assignment which was sent after the call
The interview process consisted of four phases. The first phase was an automated coding test, which was relatively easy but could be time-consuming (up to 3 hours). The second phase involved an introductory interview where I had the opportunity to introduce myself. The interviewer was friendly and helpful.
However, I was later informed, "We liked your profile, but we currently have many developers with a similar skillset. As a result, we will be putting your application on hold."
While I don’t mind the outcome, if this was truly the case, they should have considered it before I invested time in completing the coding challenge.
