I was waiting in my full interview attire in the virtual waiting room 5 minutes before. 5 minutes pass after the scheduled time and no interviewer yet so I emailed HR that the interviewer didn't show up, per their instruction. 30 minutes pass and still no interviewer, I email HR again. Eventually, the virtual waiting room shut down because no one joined the meeting. I did a crazy thing and Googled the interviewer and found the number of where she works at. When I called, she immediately told me she had some technical difficulties (although I think she forgot) and said she was gonna restart her computer. I had another appointment set around that time, so I asked for another time within the day, and she said later in the afternoon in the same link. I went to the same link at the agreed time but instead of going to that link, she called me and said the link expired. She only asked me two questions and went on for 10+ minutes about the role without asking me anything. She asked me if I had any questions. I first asked what she liked about working for the company, she went on being unsure for 5 minutes then wrapped up with job security and benefits. Then I asked what success looked like in my role and then she proceeded to say there was no growth in the company. Very unprofessional interviewer.

Horrible experience. Red flags. I applied for the position. Then later received an email and text message to respond to a few additional questions. A few days later I logged into the applicant portal to check the status for 2 applications for the same role. One position showed I was no longer being considered. The other showed still being reviewed. A few days later I received an email later in the evening to do a HireVue interview. A day later I decided to do the interview, but also decided to check the status on the applicant portal. The position showed I was no longer being considered, despite receiving the interview request. Inconsiderate. Luckily I did not waste my time doing the interview. The hiring process is clearly lacking and needs work. Definitely not a company I will consider applying for any role again.
