took a long time and was unorganized, I wasn't sure if I was speaking with the right person. There were several different people I spoke with and they all had different types of questions about different departments
One on one interview on Teams. Questions to determine if you're a good fit for the unit. Also will ask what you know about the organization and why you want to work for them.

The interview took place over teams. They asked behavioral based questions and wanted specific examples from your own experience for each question. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I was nervous at first but the people interviewing me were friendly.
Panel interview based on each unit. Mostly you can choose your preference or whichever unit has more openings. Panel interview ranges from 3-5 people who will ask questions about yourself.
