A recruiter sent me the job posting and I applied. There was a series of automated texts asking questions about experience, education, and desired salary range, and then an email to schedule a video interview. There were limited interview options available and I had to schedule it over a long lunch break. I was notified that it would be 45-60 minutes and would be a behavioral structured interview and listed a few points to be prepared for. Interview time came and I sat for an hour in the teams lobby and no one picked up. I called the office where the position was located and the interviewer was in a meeting and I left a message on their voicemail. They did call back and apologize and explained that the position had been filled that day and they had asked the recruiters to void the posting.
