Apply through the internet, receive call from recruiter, interview with recruiter, then one on one interview with hiring manager, followed by two panel interviews, one with the work team and the other with other managers in the hospital. Then calls to references, background check, medical check, and if all passes you receive your offer.

The questions weren't unusually difficult. Be prepared to speak to the Mission and Values and maybe what they mean to you. Even though this is a faith-based organization, it is not at all forced onto people.

Excellent in identifying candidates and their selection process, accurate benefits with all elements included in the medical insurance. Process consists of Panel discussion, in-person discussion and followed by Leadership interviews.

First interview very informal, off the cuff. Very personable interviewers in the department. Very laid back. Worked with my schedule and was able to do virtual interview over teams. not sure what else to say

Group interview via zoom. Interviewers were personable and professional. Asked a lot of situational questions. Also asked a lot of follow up questions. There was a phone interview with HR to screen and then one interview with the Hiring Manager (s)
