Very formal interviews. They us set questions from corporate that must be completely filled out before proceeding. They will do a phone interview and then 1-2 more in person interviews, always with full team involved.

Pretty standard strength/weakness questions. They will ask for specifics on how you have handled a conflict with a peer, what you've done to help your precious employer or a project in the past. They will talk about their Catholic system core values and will ask a specific example of how you're recently demonstrated those values.
