A video interview, then two weeks later an in-person interview plus writing case history brief and then I heard never nothing. Not heard a single word, not an email or a phone call. I contacted the recruiter - nothing. This lack of consideration and respect for candidates tells me volumes about this organization. For a group of people who are focused on spiritual values in their mission statement and include the phrase 'God's Love' in their career section, they have a long way to go in living out those values in their day to day professional duties. Not every candidate will be selected, but at the very least, give them the dignity of closure.

I thought the interview process went great, panel of three people one was the department director, I didn’t get a rejection notice till 5 or 6 months later though which was really unprofessional to essentially never get back to a candidate that interviewed with the department’s director.
