The organization essentially exclusively uses the Select Interview process, which is heavily dependent upon questions designed to recruit actual experiential information in response to behavioral interrogatives. Candidates should not project response content such as "I would do this or that" --- fact-based / experiential examples are required to succeed with this interview process.
