I applied online and received a call a few days later to complete a phone interview. I was scheduled for an in-person interview several weeks later. The in-person interview lasted approximately 45 minutes and consisted of behavioral and situational questions. We also discussed my past experiences and personal skills. There were several people conducting the interview and a few of them were not very personable and did not give much feedback. I decided afterwards that this position was not the right fit for me.
