The whole interviews process had 5 stages: - Screen call - Tech task - Tech interview with task review - Interview with the hiring manager - Interview with the head of the department Over all a good interview experience. The whole process was well organised. Tech task was was pretty simple and up to your own personal choice of how advanced you wanted it to be. All the attendees were prepared and on time. No trick/difficult questions, just a chat about overall experience and sharing ideas of how you see yourself in the roll etc.

I had my first approach with Proton a few months ago, when I had a brief interview with the Talent Sourcing Partner regarding my expectations and what the company could offer at that time. Unfortunately, we were looking for different things so the selection process stopped there. Around a month ago, I found out about a QA Automation Engineer (Mobile) position and I reapplied. I got contacted shortly after and I was able to resume the process from where I left off. First, the Talent Sourcing Partner sent me a coding task that I completed in a few days. I got feedback on the project very quickly, a couple of days, and I got asked if I was up to continuing with a technical interview step with two Engineering Managers. After that, I attended a Team Fit interview with my possible future colleagues (around 3 people) and it all went very smoothly. In the end, I had a few short calls with the Talent Sourcing Partner to figure out my final salary expectations. Yesterday, I accepted their offer and I'm very much looking forward to starting this new adventure. The whole process was great, the team was welcoming and they made me feel at ease during the interviews. Also to mention, in the meantime, I had some medical stuff to take care of so at some point I had to ask to postpone one interview s as I was unable to attend. The Talent Sourcing Partner had no issues pushing the interview back to allow me to fully recover and I really appreciated their understanding as it's not a common practice from other companies (and I tell by experience).
