IF YOU ARE FRESHER AND HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF JAVA THEN GOOD TO START YOUR CAREER WITH THIS COMPANY. First will be your HR round for basic questions. second will be your aptitude test in which there are three parts one for logical second for technical aptitude and third for sql aptitude. after qualifying these you will have technical face to face interview.
