Entrevista
Several stages: initial phone call, casual meeting with development manager, interview with three directors, insight/trial day, online test and a meeting with team members.
Prospect Health were very friendly and kept me updated all through the process. I felt it was very thorough, and that they were keen to ensure I fit into the team well.
The insight day was valuable for me to see whether I liked the atmosphere of the company and the work I would be doing.

Entrevista
Initial telephone conversation where they invite you to "look around the office", which is in fact a face to face interview with the Learning & Development Manager. Pretty informal, lasts around 45 mins. This is then followed by an interview with a Director, an insight day (you do a days work in their office as a recruitment consultant) and some psychometric tests.
