written test, followed by 2 rounds of technical interview and then hr interview but for teams director round and client interview. most of the time during technical interview politics happen. some juniors will clear the TI and even 2 yrs experience person will take interview of 6 years ecperience person. over quality of the interview process has come down adn now all the new employees are junk who knows nothing and come to job for timepass

I was interviewed for the position of Android Developer. Mostly the interview was a combination of coding round, technical interview, lead interview, manager interview and HR round. The interview was not very tough just make sure that your basic Java & Android concepts are good.
