      Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Proptiger (Bengaluru) en may 2016

      Entrevista

      initially I got a call from Recruitment Consultant who mentioned that the company has weekly off on Tuesday and Wednesday to which I was not sure for I refused to take up the next level. Later after 15 days I got a call from a in house HR team member about the requirement and they mentioned that weekly off for Support team is on Sunday however you might have to work on Saturday if there are recruitment drives. So I agreed for the next process which was on the same day scheduled for telephonic discussion with the Director HR. As it was scheduled I got a call from the concerned person. Interview was quite engaging and went for an hour. towards the end of the discussion I was told that he would like to meet me after two days for face to face round of discussion and his team shall get back to me with the interview schedule. Quite satisfied with the telephonic discussion I was positively looking forward to meet and get through the opportunity discussed, Its been 4 months and I have not got a single call from anyone from the team, I tried reaching the recruiter on the number but everytime I was told the recruiter is not at her desk or busy. not leaving any stone unturned I also tried reaching the interviewer through LinkedIn messaging but till date no reply from him. It is very unprofessional behaviour of the Company, I want this message to reach the right person to so that such kind of practices can be taken off from the system, Recruiters are like brand ambassador of the organization, it somewhere shows negligence in the attitude of the team affecting the brand value of the Organisation
