Entrevista
you first have an interview with a recruiter, they are very nice, they ask about your experience, they tell you everithing about the job, what you would do in regular day as an interpreter and how the platform work. The you have to complete a few question through their platform while you are been recorded. After you pass that test, you have to complete a recorded interpretation scenario, you can try 2 times. Finally you have to complete some medical assessments and training.

The interview/hiring process is a little long but thorough, have to go through several steps and a test. A little tedious but I can understand why they'd require all that.

The interview process was really smooth and comfortable overall. I had a full conversation with the interviewer in both Spanish and English, where we talked about my background experience, communication skills, interpreting situations, and some family-related questions. I think part of the conversation was mainly to evaluate my English level and how naturally I communicate in both languages.

Entrevista
Simple, very easy to get through if you already have the knowledge (which, if you're applying for an interpreter position, you should). Very straightforward once you're finished with the questions, and there's very good communication between the recruiters and candidates.
