I went through two lengthy interviews, a phone screen, and an informal lunch. The phone screen was with my manager and he spent a great deal of time explaining the company. He originally found me on LinkedIn. The first interview was with my potential manager and the owner, since I was interviewing for a corporate leadership position. The second interview was with the Director of Operations and the Director of Contracts to ensure that we were all on the same page. The informal lunch really sealed my desire to join the company. It was scheduled with my manager, but the owner showed up by surprise. Although I had already interviewed and agreed to terms, I was very pleased with this lunch because I could see how genuine and values-driven the owner is at Prophasys.
