If your CV is selected they will give you a call and then find out more about you. If you're in, you'll be doing a 1-2months remote training by giving you access to a demo account to trade, plus you will have access to some reading materials and a mentor.
If you pass the remote training, you will be invited to be an in-house trainee where you will again trade for 3 months.

Hiring process starts online with expected nightly activity on the US Bonds market. You can paper trade any instrument there.
This is only an introduction into what 'trading' is (actually you don't do anything like what you did in the online component once you're in).
