The first step is some daily conversations, recording videos. The second is the online judgement of IQ, EQ etc. After that, a technical test. I took five days to make a demo and put it on GitHub. Finally, the interview came on Monday. At the end of the interview, they told me that reply would be within two days. I waited until 5 pm on Wednesday, no response. After I had to email them, they responded very quickly to me with a copy and paste template. I am very angry, I feel that I have not received respect. An email of more than two hundred words, no word is sincere. All are templates. Even if there is a sentence to point out my weak point. None! People should respect each other.
