I've applied to Propel Technology Group through college placement cell and we had a great pre placement talk and followed by a Analytical & Logical Thinking MCQs. All the rounds that are conducted is a elimination round. The next round is Programming which is mainly based on String Manipulation & Dynamic Programming. These are the rounds that actually held in Online. And, I was shortlisted in both the rounds and I was asked to travel to Chennai for Face to Face Interview. The office was so lovely and the people in their was so kind. On the day of interview, we're totally 30 candidates from various colleges and in office, we had a preliminary coding round and too is a elimination round. From that round, 8 members have been shortlisted to next round which is a kind of Versant test in which we are asked to hear a audio for 30 minutes, make notes and to describe it. In this round, 5 members has been shortlisted to next and final round,i.e. Final Technical HR in which Family Background, Analytical Skills, System Design Concepts are mainly concentrated then followed by OOPS concepts. The final questions in the discussion are likely to be general HR. I had a great time with the HR panel as well as I've learned the area's that I need to more concentrate as a Software Engineer. I was rejected along with the 4 other interviewee's and the interview was a really great experience. The company has a great hospitality mind because they provided us lunch for the day at food court.
