I applied through an employee referral. It was two rounds of interviews - first with HR and then the Regional Manager of the prospect property. Interviewers were polite, and very helpful with explaining the company values and job description.

2 interviews, first through HR,then in person with the neighborhood director,Virginia. It turns out we worked together at Starbucks in the past. It was wonderful to see her again, and the entirety of the interview process was pleasant. After she asked her questions, I had a lot about how she moved up in the company, how she liked it, and what her overall experience was since she left her previous job and started here.
