The next step although nerve wracking, was fun. You are asked to record a short video in an effort for the employer to learn more about your personality. This step is not your trypical boring, interview protocol. Think of it more as an ice breaker! Once you get through the video, you are then contacted for an in-person interview which is the final step. To clarify, this was conducted pre-Covid.

Intense and thorough from the beginning. It will take a few interviews to get you to the most fitting job by the internal recruitment. It may take a couple of weeks to a couple of months depending on your flexibility or desired location. Research the company before applying and have excellent culture.
