Initial phone call with a recruiter, then a video call with the team lead, then a lunch meeting with the project and team leads, then dinner with a few team members, then an on-site interview that lasted most of the day (including an hour-long presentation). Everyone was friendly, and I had some good conversations. In the end, it was a lot of work just to get turned down, but I guess that's the interviewing process.
