Entrevista
Starts with an HR phone interview, then phone interviews with direct team members. Next is an in-person interview for over ½ a day. Starts with you giving 15-20 minute presentation with Powerpoint slides to 10+ people in the room and on the phone. Presentation must include a couple work scenarios (they tell you the examples), a 30-60-90 day business plan and why you believe there is a good match. The 30 minute presentation time is followed by multiple individual 30-minute interviews with individuals or functional teams of individuals who attended your presentation.

Phone screen with HR followed by hiring manager. Asked the typical HR questions. Hiring manager asked about my previous experiences and knowledge of company products. Salary range for the position was about 20% lower than industry standards. Asked a few technical questions related to the position. HR appears to function only as a screener for hiring manager.
