First interview was thorough. I did not apply for the job, I was headhunted. I was invited to their office to complete a functional case study and interview which lasted for over 4 hours…That was the last day I heard from them. Many months down the line, no feedback from the company. I followed up, yet till date, nothing. Feels like I wasted my time and fuel (drove there). When I called many months later, I sensed coldness from the Recruiter, same person that was warm and friendly while I was yet to be interviewed.
