First stages were fine and focused on technical questions. Some soft skills were asked about. For the final stage, I had to put together an hour and a half long presentation on what I would do during my first 90 days. I worked hard on it and essentially got the job. However they kept me waiting for three weeks, just to finally tell me the board didn’t agree with the job posting.
