You spend hours taking assessment tests and interviewing as if there’s a rush to fill the position then the company does not give you a timeframe as to when a decision will be made. When they finally do get back to you they give you a timeframe as to what to expect, and they do not meet that deadline. They leave you hanging without answers as if you mean nothing - you’re not worth their time - and they don’t respect yours. The company acts employee focused but judging by the interview process they respect only themselves.
