The interview process is an absolute shambles, and the previous posts are spot on - the interviewers are clearly disinterested, coming across as outright rude and dismissive. I’ve never encountered anything like it, not with FAANG, not with startups, not anywhere. It’s beyond unprofessional and frankly insulting to be treated this way after taking the time to prepare - if this is how they approach hiring, I dread to think what it’s like working there. Do yourself a favour and don’t make the mistake of wasting a single second of your time on this company - your time and energy is far better spent elsewhere.
Honestly, the sheer arrogance of a company behaving like this is genuinely baffling

3 Stages:
- Screening Call, basic information collection
- Live Tech Test, solving a coding problem live via remote VSCode terminal. Hosted by a Backend & Frontend Engineer, both very friendly.
- Meeting with Product Manager & Engineering Manager. Full engagement from the Engineering Manager, Product Manager didn't say anything.

The process was very clearly explained, organised and I got compensation for the time taken to interview!
