Entrevista
4 steps: 3 rounds of interviews with each time 2 Projective representatives and then contract negotiation rounds. It is mainly an open discussion where they run through your resume with content questions. They talk a lot about the specifics of projective as well so you understand the company better. I felt they were genuine discussions/conversations and they did not feel much like an interview.

ambition, next ideal project, what does your next employer absolutely need to have
The interview process was okay, scheduled fast and asked regular questions. Person interviewing was nice. A common interview format for this type of role is behavioral-based, where the interviewer asks questions to understand how you have approached similar challenges in the past and how you handled them. Bunch of questions about experience
