Filled out a form, scheduled an interview, and did a mini ACT after interview. The interview was about an hour long. The first half was all behavior questions, and the second half was a mock tutoring session with the interviewer role-playing as an unmotivated student.

Entrevista
The interviewer is very thorough with the process. Cares deeply about how a tutor should interact with children. They were also very kind. The dress code was business casual so didn't really worry too much about attire.
