I applied online and was invited to interview. I interviewed with two employees who did not specify their titles. The interview started nearly a hour after the scheduled time. The questions were generic and not specific to the role applied to. I was asked if I would be willing to take on other responsibilities outside of the role description and was told that up to 100% of time could be for tasks and responsibilities outside of the job description depending on the organizations needs. This organization does great work for the community but did not seem a great fit for someone interested in a very specific role.
