Interview 1 with a recruitment manager - general interview with one sample deliverable provided by the candidate around which questions were asked. Interview 2 with a Delivery Director - general interview with a case study provided by Project One a response to which had to be prepared beforehand. Interview 3 - interview with owners to ensure culture/character fit and alignment.
Interview 1 was efficiently conducted and was a reasonably searching interview and increased my interest in the job and the company.
Interview 2 was very different; it started late, it did not appear that the interviewer had read my CV or my Case Study response. The questions were not challenging. It was almost as though he was going through the process and resulted in a 'grey' meeting. It reduced my interest in the job and the company. It took an excessive length of time to learn the outcome, and I was not surprised to be rejected a few weeks later.
