It started with a screen from HR - seemed like it was their getting to know me and seeing if I was the right fit, and they equally shared what information about the firm with me so I could weigh if the opportunity was worth pursuing further. From there I met with the Regional President, General Manager, and a few other staff members from the office I would be working out of. Most of it was conversational, it seemed like the general focus of my interview was getting a sense of my project management philosophy and style and seeing if that paired well with the culture and their needs.
