First interview went extremely well. I felt confident about the opportunity so set up the second interview. Second interview was a disaster. I think I caught the interviewer first thing in the morning with zero coffee yet in the day. I like to think I have a backbone with most things, but the conduct of this interview was just about the worst of the worst in my career. I was surprised they wanted to schedule a third interview after that as the interviewer made it apparent they didn't feel confident I was capable to do the job at all let alone be a writer.
