I applied online and I received a call from a recruiter asking to explain my previous position that same day. I then scheduled for an interview. Heard back within a week after the interview.

The interview was very positive with two people who work in the organization. They were very accomodating, showed me the facility, described how the organization is attempting to grow, and were willing to work with my schedule. I highly suggest applying. They do great work providing youth services and making sure all their staff members are an excellent fit.
