Awful. They interviewed me with someone else who didn't even apply for the same position as me, yet we were asked the same questions. When I went home to review their openings on zip recruiter, I came to the realization that all listings were for the exact position. Entry Level Marketing Coordinator, Junior Sales Representative, Marking and Business Internship, Account Manager, Marketing Assistant, Brand Manager Training Program, Events Coordinator, Business Apprentice, Client Support Rep, the list goes on -- they all mean selling products in Costco. Don't fall for it.
