One phone screen with the recruiter, then you move on to a call with the hiring manager. From there 2-hour in-person interviews with various people. As long as you kill it in those, there won't be a necessary interview.

Straight-up ghosted after two interviews, job then reposted as fully on-site, despite originally advertised as hybrid. Overall extremely disorganized, screener wasn't sure of the interview process steps and timeline, hiring manager seemed stressed and distracted. Red flags everywhere. Stay away.

started off well. I had two screenings and really had great conversations with HR. conversation with the person I was going to report up to wasn't so great. I don't think this person was prepared or interested in the interview (I late found out the position was filled internally). I was really excited about the company based on my earlier conversations so HR definitely knows what they're doing.
