The interview process is 2 steps, an initial interview over zoom and then an interview at the hiring location with the supervisor and shadowing 2 other speech therapists that work there. The owner is very personable and easy to communicate with, expectations, job responsibilities, and benefits/salary are clearly communicated during the process.
