I applied for a claims adjuster position in my area. Within 48 hours, I received an email for me to schedule a video interview. This is a recorded interview and not one that you do with a live person. It's really nice because you can do it on your timetable. As others have said, it's a little awkward because you are essentially talking to the camera but I truly believe that the hiring managers understand this. All the questions are STAR format so please make sure you study up on this before doing the videos. I had 8 questions and in total, it took about 30 minutes. About 2 days after completing the videos, I got an email for a zoom-like interview with a hiring manager. I was able to select a day and time about 12 days in advance. Progressive was awesome and sent me info about their company and what this interview would look like. The zoom-like interview was more STAR method questions along with casual conversation about my work history and the info about the job I was applying for. I got an offer about a week after that final interview and accepted it.

3 interviews total, 1 recorded of yourself answering questions the have for you. 2nd is with someone and 3rd is also with a manager then talking about next steps. It was more intense than I thought.
