Entrevista
I applied end of september. The next day I was asked to take a test and the following day I got an email asking to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was just basic customer service questions that they provide you when you get your initial email for the phone interview scheduling. The interview lasted about 45 mins and the lady was very insightful for what to say and do for the next round of interviews. Two days later I received an email requesting an in person interview a week later. This interview was pretty much the same type of questions. Three business days after the interview, I got a call from HR saying I was hired and started working three weeks later. The key to the interviews is just be relaxed and don't be nervous. I went in a half hour early to talk to the guys in front and got a feel for the company. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entrevista
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
