The interview process was very easy, after the assessment online, they call you to do a phone interview. After passing, you are invited to come in to do an in person interview. The first 5 weeks of training was great and it was during the day, 8-5pm, but not everything is learned during the training. I learned all of my duties, and got all of my experience once I began working.

Very long process 6 weeks+ For hiring process. Background check is very thorough and they verify everything emailing is normally how they communicate your results it gets to be to long

the process was relatively straightforward but a little confusing. since the role was remote the interview process had independent steps. since there isn't a contact person to speak with-the process was somewhat unclear.
